Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the fragrance you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare the Decant

  Place the perfume bottle in its original designer packaging and secure it within a padded shipping box to prevent leakage or breakage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of generating your request.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our scent specialists verify the item's condition, your refund or store credit will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
